- Bespoke Work: All creative and development projects are undertaken based on individual briefs and quotes agreed upon with the Client.
- Content Supply: The Client agrees to provide all necessary copy, images, and information required to complete the project in a timely manner.
- Client Approvals: The Client will be required to review and sign off on key milestones (e.g., Photoshop designs, staging sites). We are not responsible for errors caught after final client sign-off.
4. CMS & Software Licenses
- We specialise in ExpressionEngine CMS builds.
- Any third-party software, plugins, or CMS licenses required to run your website remain the financial responsibility of the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise in your specific service contract.
5. Payment Terms
- All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- We require a deposit or staged payments before commencing work, as outlined in your specific contract or project quote.
- Final website deployment, print file handover, or media delivery will only occur once full and final payment has been cleared.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, Design Warriors Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our external development services (including, but not limited to, website downtime or loss of business revenue).
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
